Serial killers reincarnation

Hello. I've watched videos I shouldn't be watching about serial killers and their cases. It baffles me how people (not the jewish ones...) can be so sick. From my understanding, parts of the brain that have to do with empathy don't function properly.

Regardless...
Do you believe that serial killers who reincarnate are the same as before? (They can't possibly get any worse...)
Or could they live normal lives but with some kind of sadistic inhibitions (which they may actually control)?
How would they feel toward other people?

The only thing I can assume is that the negative energy of others (hatred, fear, etc) that was created by both their victims and the loved ones of the victims will affect their soul/cause difficulties in their future reincarnations.

However, could they possibly live normal lives?

Someone's personality is deeply rooted in the soul and this will carry on across lifetimes, but there are factors that can influence the development of someone's personality in a said lifetime, which have to do with the education received from parents and formal education, financial situation, the place of birth and its culture.

Unless there are major diferences in the parameters above, someone's habits, interests, skills, mindset etc. will have the natural tendency to repeat in the next lifetime. Some might be wondering, how comes someone that used to be say a scientist in a previous lifetime doesn't have a 160 IQ at 5 years old in the next lifetime if is "in the soul", or someone who used to be a reknown singer doesn't know to sing when they are 3 (ironically those who are gifted with certain talents do tend to manifest them very very early in life), it is because in the material world the soul is limited to the constraints of the physical body, which developes and matures over decades, a process where the personality will gradually and naturally reveal itself more and more as one ages (granted they also have the means to develop normally, i.e education etc)

In the case of serial killers the highest chances are that they will continue on the same path over and over but I believe the karmic consequences caused by such extremely negative actions will backfire and manifest at some point against their soul.

This is the effect of disorder. Humanity now finds itself at an important level of degeneration. Chaos or “causality” in this process has its karma. And being random, the effect will be disastrous, because following “the natural order” is a very low percentage that can occur in chaos.

The ignorance that causes chaos is a fundamental point. This is one of the reasons why the Gods have repeatedly said that “knowledge is the key.” In all ancient civilizations, such as the Egyptian one, these acts were categorically forbidden and severely punished. Because it fuels “collective collapse.”

The incorrect execution of natural processes will always lead all things to their aberration. When, for example, the problem is a function of the brain (this may already be a karmic effect), another problem may come from the genetics of the parents and their lack of knowledge about the child's growth.

People who cross or remain in the threshold of “Andropoda” will experience a downward escalation. Serial killers, if they fail to make amends for their actions and are not exterminated, will have to pay for their actions.

In their next life, these people may be born into violent places, unable to exercise their strength and subject to that of others, mental problems, violent families, major relationship problems with other people or with society, abuse, and other situations in which the person will not have enough strength to “dominate,” as in the case of murder.

Karma can reverse itself for them; in some cases, people may be killed as a “return” effect to understand their actions. In extreme cases of misdeeds, the Gods directly punish people and their souls are directly extinguished.

Serial killers are chronic garbage. These type of beings ultimately face severe consequencies and an untimely end.

The same as before? In my experience, yes. They follow the same natural law, they make an accretion of themselves through their actions. Same as everyone else, by my understanding.

Sadistic Inhibitions: Yes. Similiar to a base instinct. It is the first concieved way to solve any problem for one in this position. Continuous programming throughout the one's life time/s for the removal of this.

How would they feel toward other people? Overwhelmingly, nothing. And nobody feels anything for them. They can live normal, or even prosperous lives. But they are unable to make any progress alone. People will scorn, distrust, and despise them. Another's Karma is typically needed for their recovery. If the killer is blessed enough to find such a thing.

Could they possibly live normal lives?
Sure, with the Gods at their backs. Alone? Left to their enormous accumulated rotten intent? Not likely. They would ultimately likely kill again. Only to continue to degenerate. Until they are unmade.
