I'm new here, what is the general view of cutting/self harm in satanism?

Those actions are for the weak and those who have no pride of them selves. Imagine this, you are your own enemy. Very pathetic. 
That is my point of view. 

Solar chakra must be blocked and have mental blockages from this life and past ones (assumption). 
How to get rid of this blockages? That is another question that it is related but not exactly what you asked for.

A simple non explicit answer is power meditation.
If you are willing to work to remove these blockages then ask again with a constructive question. Else, you are wasting your time.
