Seeking Advice Before I Finally Dedicate to Father Satan

Hello everyone,

I have been a member of the board for a few months and have been reading the Joy of Satan website just about everyday. I am learning all I can, and would love to perform the dedication ritual and let Father Satan know I have come "back home" so to speak.

However, before I do, I just had a couple of questions. I was hoping you guys could provide some insights. Maybe even share your experiences so I can know what to expect and how to proceed.

1.) I know High Priestess Maxine mentioned several times that Satan does NOT force himself upon us. We must come to him. But I was wondering if it is possible that he gave me an "invitation"?

Let me ask in another way... I have always been a seeker of the truth. No matter how difficult... and no matter where it lead me... or how painful it was for me to leave my comfortable thought systems and beliefs... I just always want to know the absolute truth.

Just like most of you... I want to know why I am here. Where we came from. Who the real creator God was. (Obviously we all know NOW!)

So anyway...

I feel like there were too many *signs* that brought me to the Joy of Satan website. Of course, it wasn't out of thin air. I was seeking the truth for years... and after many ups and downs... revelations and dead ends.... one day I said "Father of Creation whoever you are, please reveal to me the truth.. I am ready."

Soon after, I found JoS. And just about everything I was reading on JoS was a culmination of my years of research. It verified so many things I had researched in the past. It seemed to fill in the holes I could not figure out on my own.

Even though I have NOT dedicated quite yet, I already feel a dark burden has been lifted off of my shoulders. Money is flowing into my life again like it hasn't in years. I can see the future with more clarity and confidence... Confident in my talents and abilities to manifest a magnificent future for myself and my family and loved ones.

I am wondering if Father Satan has already helped me? Or has he been waiting for me to "come home" all this time? I don't mean this to sound liek I am exclusive. I mean, perhaps this is whay ALL of us are here on this forum? Because we have all been "called" or "invited" back by Father Satan?

I hope this makes sense. If Father Satan has been so gracious to bring me to the truth... I can only imagine what life will be like once I dedicate.

Can anyone share insights on whether he "calls" or "invites" us to him?

2.) Quicker question... What are the absolute necessities to make any Dedication Ritual binding? Truth is, I get a little weirded out when I draw blood. If I must do it, then I will man up.

But could I simply call on Father Satan and ask him to accept me into his family?

The dedication verbiage that HP Maxine uses says we should "denounce the filth that is Jehovah and Jesus, etc..." But I don't care about that B.S. I am an atheist. Does Father Satan really need to hear those exact words?

Or can I write my own dedication?

Well, we are Gentiles... Satan created us, so it's only natural for us to be attracted to Him and pulled towards Him.Of course Satan will give us signs, and those of us who managed to see through them, are really grateful for that. But that's not "forcing" oneself to us. Forcing is like the sjkfhskdjfh christian shit that says "i give you free will. believe in me, or else you die and go to hell and burn alive" <-THAT'S forcing... That's fucking stupid. Fucking stupid.. Fucking stupid...
Satan gives us the signs, but whether we see them or if we accept them, it's our own business. He won't force His way into our lives, yet He created us, so as a Father it's only natural to want to be close to His children.
About your other question... Don't be so naive and plain minded. Most of us were atheists and agnostic before coming to Satanism (because we were "fearless" enough to search deeper into things) but still, the brainwashing exists from when we were little... Television (movies, hollywood=jews, cartoons) school -the usual morning prayer?- parents, and whatever else, we've been forcefed all that bullshit... So it's important to entirely renounce all this filth from your mind and soul. It is important to do that.And the blood is mostly symbolic, than a necessity. It is sort of like saying "I'm willing to sacrifice everything for this, I am 100% in this, I am faithful in this, I'll give my all".Satan and the Gods will protect us when the world will start spinning upside down, but it's important that you show that you are dedicated and faithful in this...Cutting your finger a bit is the slightest thing one can do to prove their point in such an important issue.

I am glad you said something because i was going to post something very similar today, i have not dedicated myself yet, at first i was too nervous and i still feel somewhat stained by Christianity...anyways since I've been visiting JoS i too have that feeling that i am more protected, a little happier and doing things that i kept telling myself i was going to do, but was too lazy to really care. I suffer from anxiety and have for some time but now i feel a weight lifted. Not like Christianity where your problems are in the hands of a higher power but instead more of a boost so i can deal woth them. I too feel as though satan is reaching out to me even though i havnt dedicated myself to him. i am also noticing more signs, they are subtle but your like "i see what you did there"

It is true that Satan will never force himself on anyone, however, in answer to your question, I *absolutely* believe that He calls us to Him, as this is what happened to me.
Even though I always felt drawn to Satan, even from a young age, I was too scared to embrace Him because of all the Xian BS brainwashed into me.

I fully believe that if Satan hadn't 'nudged' me, per say, to start researching and learning about His True Nature, I would never have come to Him on my own.

He didn't do it forcefully, the choice was always mine to make, He just put certain things in my path that lead to Him.

After I'd done my Dedication, I truly felt like I *had* come home.

With regards to the blood for your Dedication, this is a necessity, as this Dedication is you making a formal commitment to Satan.
