Seeing through 3rd eye, what does it mean?

When people say they see something through their 3rd eye what does it mean? Like do you use your forehead to see or you still see with your eyes but your 3rd eye let's them see into the astral or spirits? I see colors sometimes, so am I using my 3rd eye withought knowing it? So can you use it whenever you want or you'll just see through it whenever?

bro the same thing happens to me... i see spirit on the astral sometimes they even look at me..... once when i was praying to satan i saw azazel.... but this is normal... and u need to know that u have and good third eye keep it up.... do meditations using the rune dagaz and visualized your third eyes with the color of the sun
