I felt the need to walk away from religion in general. Mainly from looking into the past civilizations. In the past I was able to astral project as if I was flipping a switch. Then traveling where I wasn’t supposed to, I received a block of sorts from what resembled a halting. I know how it sounds. But I digress, I couldn’t hear what he said, but I was whisked back to my body. Before that happened, I could travel seamlessly to any destination I wished. Usually to help or observe others in need. I’ve researched “god” powers, such as telepathy, teleportation, spirit walking. On a physical note, I’m a 36 yr old husband and father. Spiritual evolution is very important to me. I’d rather not get caught up in Enlils soul trap again. My cup has been emptied or at least can be rinsed out and refilled with what it needs. Any real assistance is appreciated.

If not, read that site.

It seems some people think astral travel/projection is something that can be accomplished overnight but this is something that takes time, patience and persistence. It is accomplishable but you need to be an experienced meditator basically.

The website above has a lot of meditations that are real, no new age bullshit, I suggest you take a look for real spirituality.

I’ve been on there and read through a few topics. Interesting to say the least. I learned how to astral from spellsandmagic.com. Was able to perform immediately. The last time I tried it, it caused me physical pain. Meditation is me usually just absorbing cosmic energy through my crown chakra shape as well as my pineal gland. Though I haven’t done that in a while, I’ve been listening to frequency audio tracks while sleeping. So I’m at least doing something, even if it is subconscious based.

Before I found JoS, years ago, I used to visit the spells of magic website. Its basically random people posting their own spells. And it's loaded with new age stuff. I kept trying their so called spells and never got results, and eventually I stopped visiting that site when I found out that any person can create an account and post their own 'spells'. They even have some about becoming vampires and related nonsense.And frequency audio thing is also new age. Just drop those 'spiritual exercises' and stick to JoS.

Ahh, well, the frequency stuff works. If it ain’t broke, don’t fix it. I’m still doing research on the sites material. Haven’t made any decisions yet.
