Scary Experience my sister had when I was asleep with her!

Today, I woke up with my sister saying that I woke up at night and the I was in a  animalistic position and that I had bloodshot eyes, my eyes were just all bloody red, and that I was just staring at her. And that I just fell asleep with no words and that she was supper scared. I remember meditating before sleeping, could that happen a reason that I did that. Or am I being attacked....the weirdest thing that happens to me is at night. Can I get advice to see why I did that! PLEASE!
