The thing with Insanity is that it seeks attention, in any form or of any sort. Feed his Insanity and you feed his Insane actions and creations. He want's to be seen, to be heard and from his actions want's to engage in conflict to justify in his mind that what he is saying is true. Ignore him and he'll implode with frustration or find someone else to rub up the wrong way in order to gain the attention he thinks he deserves.
You just have to laugh at the desperation of a god fearing mind to prove their loyalty to a non-existent thing. They Lie for the Lie, and then Die for the Lie. Makes me laugh.
