I believe the answer to this is very broad, and I cannot speak as if I am an expert on observation, however this action comes from the yin side of our soul, with the moon being a notable planet here.

Neptune also plays a role in observations of reality, namely predictions, but the calmness of the moon and its relationship to the 6th chakra shows its ability of quietly gathering the feelings of its surroundings.

Where our natal moon is found, and the sign it is in, shows where and how we can observe and reflect. This information is then "passed off" to the rest of our soul, which can act upon it in its own way. Some people are sensitive, but may not be able to make use of these feelings, for example, whereas others are adept at calculating solutions, but need to be given information that they did not observe themselves.

Relating back to the earth element, we can also see Saturn and its ability to sense the obstacles of reality, able to know which aspects of reality are most relevant to the stability and survival of the item in question. With this in mind, Saturn is a sense of its own, and it works well with the upper chakras to balance them, as we see with the base and crown chakra pair.

Water feels what it focuses on, learning from this, then Saturn takes this and compares it to the rest of reality, prioritizing it. Mercury also plays a role in analyzing and comparing information together, but it lacks the prioritization of Saturn.

In regards to the level of empathy required here, you should start by not implying his life is worthless, of all things. You should know this is a boundary that cannot be crossed, despite of your own frustrations.

Next you will tell me how you threw a baby of its crib because it cried too long, despite of your "warnings". In reality, you must be more patient (it can take months of workings to fix certain problems), which is not the same thing as the blind support you conflate this as. Thoughts of suicide should concern you because if such a person falls, then we are down a person. You are trying to back out of your responsibility of support of another Zevism's life because you are too impatient to modify a few sentences or words relative to this, which is ridiculous.

You even write to me that he panics, so why did you not just write "calm down?". Instead, you go out of your way to make him feel unsupported.

Yes, he apologized for his actions, as it would also be silly for him to "stand by" his plagiarism or other negative actions. Therefore, it was correct for him to apologize, request deletion of his post, and seek new methods here. Being stubborn about one's mistakes is not good at all.
