Not at all. I've done many workings with the Gebo rune,
neither of them focused on empowering my heart chakra
yet ALWAYS after I do a GEBO working it, it ALWAYS
stimulates my heart chakra. So yep, it's true that Gebo
is associated with the heart chakra. This is from my
experience. I've never, ever felt Gebo stimulate my
crown chakra while not focusing at it.
The rune numbers are irrelevant to chakras. The same
with Dagaz, I've vibrated it and it does stimulate the
6th chakra.

Ansuz is for throat chakra, sowilo for base chakra (it's

Not only that but you said the description of the runes
correspond the way you said to the chakras. Not at all,
