So this is the last day of this offensive.
I just finished the three RTRs plus FRTR, but today as I had very little time and I have a very early morning tomorrow I decided it was right for this time to do a 3 repetition for everything, instead of the standard 9x and 18x (the 18 affirmations especially take ages for my spoken English and, contrarily to what happened during my first three or four days here, I couldn't even feel anymore).
But I had a good feeling about this all day, something to do with slowing myself down and finding peace within. I could observe my self understanding what I needed to do.
So I did the three reps for everything but slowed down also my speech, vibrated for longer, and I noticed right away that I was enhancing my concentration. While doing the 9x and 18x I was trying to make it faster as my time these days was very limited, but this 'speed' has certainly affected my RTR performance. Vibrations left unfinished, little or non existent pauses between words and so on.
Long story short, while I could manage to finish the full rituals for the day in like 1 hour, I felt that I wasn't really putting much power into it, and all that effort felt 'weakened', so to speak.
With taking the time to do the 3 reps I still did them all in like 30 minutes, but I could definitely feel something at work.
And here the surprise:
on the second one, the one to remove obstacles for the serpent to ascend, I distinctly felt a present obstacle in one of the chakras.
I had felt this before in that same exact spot, twice I think, but didn't really feel that was a blockage.
This is also convenient as I know exactly what meditations to use to undo that blockage, and it explains quite a bit about what happened to me lately in terms of spirituality.
Ending this.. my suggestion is: take it slow. If you feel you're doing a lot, or too much, and you're not seeing results, try doing less (like less repetitions) but extend your focus on a longer, more relaxed period. I know it may feel like you're "doing less than you should", but if this means seeing result faster my personal opinion is that it's really worth it in the end. You can always do more after, just for good measure, but do not underestimate the power of taking your time. It did wonders for me, and I'm a tough shell to crack.
Hope that helps you.
Hail Satan!
