Use https://www.evilgoy.com/ for the FRTR.

You can do the RTR, although you should learn the aura cleaning first. However, the aura cleaning is not hard to do. My guess is that you are doing it successfully, but perhaps it is hard for you to sense or visualize it. This is not a problem, as it is still be doing. Just take your time. Make sure to focus on other aspects of growth as well.
