When i vibrate VAAAHHH, should i vibrate V-AH-AH-AH, or V-AA-AA-HH-HH?
Also how to vibrate VOOOHHH? V-OH-OH-OH? Should i do: O and H at the same time?

Steadily, one sound drawn out. H is silent. It is there to help you pronounce it so you say oh as in oh! Instead of oo as in too.

VVVV - AAAA
VVVV - OOOO

The 'H' as the sound (marked /x/ in the International Phonetic Alphabet) does exist, but merely as an exhale, yet the English language users include it.

You don't understand, because you're looking at this issue from monolingual perspective - and there are other people, who may not be proficient in the English language.

There are languages that are spoken as spelled. This is largely the case with eg. Polish, Russian, Slavic languages.

So when a Pole / Russian / other Slav sees this, he or she may think this 'AH' are two sounds, not one.

But you had the right not to know it, so don't worry.
