666meditation, how to vibrate correctly ?

Same for VAAAAH AND VOOH

Also the ‘h’ is not pronounced right?

And should i vibrate each during all the exhale, or just as little as i want or i choose out of preference

same for inhaling during the 666 meditation, i usually do a deep long inhale so that i have enough air to vibrate during all exhale, is that good?

The way i vibrate them into the chakra is i focus my mind on the chakra and vibrate like if talking to the chakra like if sending this to the chakra, is this the right way?

Hello, "VVVUU" is valid, feel the tingle you get from the "V", it's powerful. Same applies to the rest.

Yes, the H is not pronounced.

Vibrate for as long as you feel comfortable and helps you get the best feeling/buzz, longer is not always good.

I would personally do one breath per VU for instance, 6 VUs = 6 Breaths since it's a short mantra you have to draw power from it a bit at least.

The way you direct the energy to the chakras/invoke inside them is wonderful, you can even imagine that the chakra itself is doing the vibration and it's releasing power.
