I was genuinely curious about the website, and nowhere does it mention 100 dollars. Even if you type in jerusalem U 100 dollars in google nothing comes up with a direct link. I think what they're trying to achieve is, the money acts a carrot for the goyim, but since there's no clear direction that acts as blinders so the goyim search endlessly on the website OY GEVALT!
