I'm pretty sure the communications one would. I've been doing it since hearing about this article 13 thing on the days that it wasn't posted that we should do that rtr and I will be adding extra reps on the days the communication rtr should be done as well. If anyone else has the time and energy then they should do the same.

What HailOurTrueGod said. This RTR is the key to freedom in ALL Communications, part of which, is also this odious article. Even if it passes, the RTR will just make sure it's an asswipe legislation, as so many others are in the Jew-U.
