I found this today online and it made me wonder if this is a result of our RTR re communications, they basically came out on mainstream media and said the voter doesn't get to decide...see what you think:

Sadly no. The RTR's have to be recited out loud for them to be effective. 

That is where the vibration comes from. Doing them mentally doesn't create power. 

One must vibrate the words in order to create the ripple in the astral that transforms the words into actions. 

When vibrating words of power or the RTR's, a ripple is created in the astral which affects the physical world, this ripple is programmed by the affirmations stated after wards and these 2 things together are what makes the energy manifest into reality.
