Restless leg syndrome?

Lately, I've been doing void meditation for about half an hour per day and about half way through my arms and legs feel irritated, like I need to move. I'm not sure if I'd call it stiff, but it's really distracting. I can somewhat get past it but it's uncomfortable and I just feel like I want to be done. Will this go away with time? Is there anything I can do to kind of get rid of it? Also, is it bad to crack my neck and back? If I do, my back hurts when I lie down. If I don't, it just feels stiff and uncomfortable.
Hail Satan!

That is what you must get past. You must be able to set your self ablaze to properly to be a master at void meditation. Monks did a peaceful protest this way. Honestly they should kill whom fucks with them, the jews, and not cower, but they repress themselves in all ways. They refuse what is there if they would only look and then do.

The back and neck comfort will become better after a few weeks of kundilini yoga, I used to crack my back out of habit and don't have to anymore.

PS, the restless leg thing could be because your energy has pooled in your bottom half. There are breathing techniques to balance you out. Ie, the heart chakra breathing technique. On May 26, 2015 3:01 PM, "fibrilink@... [JoyofSatan666]" <][email protected] wrote:

I have something similar to this problem as well. I just don't need to crack anything lol. I do get restless and stiff though. I think what was suggested about the energy pooling in my lower half is probably accurate.
my leg just wants to jump and move periodically during meditation. The rest of me just gets stiff :| lolgonna bookmark it and keep this and keep it in mind thanks.

Thanks :) Yeah, I've been doing kundalini yoga daily now and the pain is still there but it isn't as bad as it was. Now I can actually focus on energy instead of thinking about how much my back hurts. Sometimes my back cracks on accident, like if I sit a certain way or lay down after standing for a long time, but I don't do it on purpose and it doesn't happen as often.

Greetings!!

Do you have a link to the heart chakra breathing technique? I can't seem to find it??

I understand--one time I actually had that where I was meditating and I was too tired, and I my whole body jumped just as I was about to doze off XD
