I've seen a lot of people posting about respiration issues. I know it's not fun from experience. I got a few pieces of advice of do's and don'ts that helped me. I used to have trouble with swallowing (most of you guys will probably have/had this too). Y'know, I couldn't eat solid food cause I couldn't swallow and I would choke, not all solids, but a vast variety. To that problem First, eat SLOWLY. I am a slow eater now because I had to eat slowly in the past, but it pays off because you don't choke, and you develop a sense to picking out pieces in your food awfully quickly, like bones in fish. With the breathing, supposedly you take in deep breaths and are out of breath. If you are below 18 that is normal, because your respiratory organs are still developing. Otherwise, you will have to take in deep breaths very often, calmly, and slowly. Hence my breathing now being slow, slower than average, but it's normal when you get used to it and it doesn't do any harm. Do the exercise 6 breaths in, hold for 6, and exhale for 6. It calms you down because you put a pattern on your breathing. If you lie on your back and control on your breathing, it will calmly slow down. Try not to force yourself in anything. Be careful, good luck, and stay strong.
