Removing Fear from Chakras

I've noticed when it's the hour of the Sun then I'm more conscious of the memory of my stomach (Solar Chakra?)

I sense fear thinking about past actions that might lead me to trouble in the future and it's hard to get over them.

I'm paranoid by default of others' intentions since school.

Is there any way to fix this?
