Past life regression and past life knowledge are an advanced matter, so excuse my skepticism here, I believe this could very well just be a personal opinion or mild delusion.

But you wouldn't care about this answer, and I suppose there are (VERY rare) cases of people that may have some past life awareness naturally.

My advice would be that the past is the past. Those who are serious Zevists have had many past lives, and it is quite unlikely that we were saints in all of them.

Your past life actions are part of your karmic patterns, and likely reflect in your birth chart, so all you can really do is advance and move past them. Cleaning, Aura of Protection, empowering the soul, workings, planetary squares eventually for bad aspects of the chart.

If you're alive today, in a new life, it means the Gods have obviously given you a chance to do things differently. You don't have to be a past serial killer for this to apply. The present is the present.

This seems very delusional and rooted in deep seated low self confidence, but above all it seems like a massive waste of time. How would you even know these people are alive today? Would they even live in the same continent as you? You are going to spend how many hours/days trying to heal specific people? While you yourself are not in a good position financially stating you've been "cut off". You need to shift your focus on what actually matters in your life. I would work on building up your financial situation, with financial power you could much easier help more people in the world.

Whatever your situation is, if you're driven by guilt - you've already lost. Villains, tyrants, and other scoundrels freed from this feeling are always successful and feel much better than those who worry about their past actions. It's even worse when guilt turns into obsession with past, but we also have a present and a future, so it would be unfair to sacrifice our present and future just because of the actions of the past. If you're really sorry about past live, just admit the mistakes and don't commit it anymore, there's no point dwelling on it.

As I understand it, karma is about the net positive or negative effect one has had on the world. As such, the best way to overcome negative karma would be to create the largest total positive effect you could possibly create in your life, not by trying to undo the negative things you've done to individual people. The concept of leverage is very important - initiatives that affect a great many people would be a much better way of developing positive karma. A better use of time would be to use your magick and time and energy to support the ToZ, seeing as this is the most important organization that exists on the planet. If you want something else, you could devote time to some kind of charitable endeavor - grief counseling for people who've lost family, projects for disturbed youth to prevent future antisocial behavior, whatever. Any monetary contributions are without question better spent in the Hall of Osiris, but your personal connection to certain issues could make these uses of time more appealing to you.

Best approach as most have said is to focus on your advancement. If you feel a pull to help others then do it. Don't let it hinder your path because the more you grow in this path the more you can help others. Involve yourself with the community if you havent already as many times one finds themselves being answered by the Gods thru the community even indirectly many times.

Having healers in our midst isn't rare. Make sure your drive isn't hindered by guilt but focus and grow the love of helping humans who also share the Divine spark of our God. Even those who help lower beings like animals promote Theophoros outward.

To know exactly who you were in a previous life and what you did, and to have enough of your own strength to seriously heal someone, you must have a very developed soul.

You can use different combinations of runes that are suitable for healing work, but no matter which runes you use, the result of healing another person largely depends on your personal strength and the strength of your soul, which must be developed and trained to heal successfully.

I have been in similar thing regarding past lives. Until I was informed that such matters are not revealed by Gods to us because it is not beneficial for our advancement. Rather then I was moving forward, and I understood that this was my mind making things up, and in pieces and bits I got to know what truly happened, and it was not my fault of what happened and the other side of the knowledge arrived which actually became very beneficial for my progress.

Now in ANY case is best to walk the path as most fully as you can, and to not waste your time and soul on healing random people, who are different people in this life, and while you are as well not in the past life anymore.

This is most rewarding, most transforming. So you have to become stable enough, work hard with discipline, serve the Temple, open to Gods, participate in schedule with everyone, do Gods Rituals, build strong body, doing Yoga, meditations, protections, purifications time by the time, studying daily. And to delve into Zevism with full your will power and your Soul.

Only this way you can become available for earned truthful, overwhelming, and divine guidance and grace to be able to handle properly it with your power built which by default never can happen, and to proceed in what is best for your Soul. No matter what is done in a "past life" (oftentimes speculations), one must literally just focus on this life and solely focus on the dynamics of this life. Whether anything happened or not, the more you dwell on any of it, the worse for you.

There's no "past life criminology" and one probably is imagining these things in 99.9% of cases, as a serious serial killer, if they were that far gone, wouldn't reincarnate asking for repentance, and the dynamic does not reflect on the description here.

Someone who uses black magic against the yehuborim and becomes very successful would technically be considered a serial killer. Sometime ago I the gods showed me two of the most powerful souls who would come to our side which I have come into contact with in that I either know them directly or know of them.
