I have been having bad dreams lately. I believe it is because I lulled in my meditations. I took it as a reminder and positive in reinforcement to get back on track with meditations, basically where the beginner program ends and adding new ones. These dreams are vivid and nasty. They feel like trials. I don't get upset about dreams, except if it I could done more. I can remember them when I wake and analyze them so I guess in a way I make progress. The last one, really motivated me to fight. I'm new so I felt like I should be on the sidelines until I'm ready to jump in. This is not the case, we are at TOTAL WAR. There will be no safe quarter no prisoners, and no mercy. The evil is unhuman and alien. No one can afford to sit one sidelines. I realized I have to balance meditations. Just doing it, and putting forth some effort I'm finding is the key. I am improving the next time and again.
I did the Spiritual Cleansing Ritual for October. I sit in the easy pose, which does become painful after a while, a burning stretching pain. It became almost unbearable during the Ritual, but something told me this would elevate my energy, which I am sure it did. During the last part after the 9 repetitions,  a  ~1 lb change jar fell off the windowsill as if an attempt to distract me. Needless to say I finished off with a loud HAIL SATAN FOREVER!

Good job. Keep going. Something similar has happened to me once before. Hail our Creator God Satan.

Doing the october Spiritual Cleansing I got really really hot, started sweating and shaking uncontrolably. I haven't been doing the meditations for a while too, except from a daily aura cleaning and aura of protection.

Ave Zeus!
Hail Satan!

That's how my body reacts to any meditation worth doing like the raum meditation. After about 15-20 minutes of meditating my body heat spikes and I sometimes end up drenched in sweat.Training the soul is like training the body. You burn calories, build up heat and start to sweat from the strain.
That just means your pushing yourself.my body responds to meditation the same way it responds to any other kind of exercise.
The difference is when you meditate that intensely you feel even better when you're done whereas when you exercise at the same intensity your stamina is actually gone, ie meditating replenishes and increases your energy levels while physical exercise burns away energy if that makes sense.
I don't feel satisfied until I've reached that point in every day's worth of meditations and this is why I always try to do as much as I can every day while still getting a daily workout as well.
