I am dedicated one of my friends gave me acid I didn't know it was acid and now I want to know if I can meditate or not? I mean nothings wrong to be fixed but will my meditation be effective from now on???



  Look I think you've come to the wrong people in the first place, but you can always meditate regardless of dedication.
Also yes stuff CAN be fixed but you are going to need to put work into it. (as in effort)
