really need help with a binding spell

ok so the enemy has used what i think is a binding spell on me so im taking steps to destroy it of course what im wondering is am i doing it right i breathe in energy and affirm " i am breathing in powerful white energy which is ridding me of any and all spiritual bindings and seeting me free of them completely while using the ansez rune and im wondering is that right? should i affirm it differntly or something

I had such problem with myself four years ago. This was before I became Satanist.
I've dealt with it with a death and rebirth ritual of my own invention. I also did several pagan dexianizing rituals before it.
But I think if you dedicate yourself to Satan you'll have no need to use them, this is most powerful act in the world.
