I have never worked with runes so sorry in advance for being thick. Just read and replied to a post by Vabzirteloch (post number 48727), about his body moving while vibrating the runes. He was using Hagalaz and Isa runes, vibrated mentaly. Is there a rune, or combination of runes, that will CAUSE astral projection ? Also am i right that runes carry their own energy and so don't need to be 'charged'. Last question. Dose is make any difference to the energy if you vibrate mentally or out loud ?
