  Friday evening while I was meditating before I went to sleep; just a simple meditation: hands resting at my breastbone and lying on my back.

I am accustomed to heat starting at my toes and proceeding up to my low back - This is how I tame my low-back and tailbone pain. However this time, I felt my chest and neck also warm up quite a bit. I have a slight bit of tinnitus, so there is ALWAYS a ringing in my ears, but when the heat made it's way up, I distinctly heard a bell. Then I slowly started hearing a voice. At first it sounded like a death metal vocal, then slowly it was less garbled and sounded backwards. Then it eventually was comprehensible! The voice was a deep masculine voice, like that of Peter Steele from Type O. I remember very little of what was said. I remember thinking, "Am I dreaming?" And the voice said "No.." (In a coaxing manner with a rise in pitch). The I though "Am i going crazy" and I got the same response. Then I thought, "could I really be hearing someone?" and the voice just answered calmly "yes".

I don't remember much else past that point except that I felt pressure on my forehead like someone was pressing on my 3rd eye.

Yesterday I felt much better than I have in a long time. I had a bounce in my step that has been gone since my injury a few weeks ago.

I'm never one to assume, but could this have been Father Enki?
