The point is to close off the glottis and make a hissing sound. So go ahead and google what the glottis is in the mouth if you don’t know already.


A hissing s is still going to work just try to do it a little harder.

  For the cat breath meditation, which I know is important for proper pronouncing of the S in vibrating Satanas in the Ritual, it seems to be real difficult for me to do for right now. But I keep practicing it and listening to Pythia's pronunciation as a guide to help, but I am having trouble with getting it right. Do you have any tips for me, concerning this? On the main breathing exercises it says not to push the breathing exercises too much. I was also wondering if it is okay to substitute it with a hissing Sssss sound like a hissing snake sound until I was able to do the cat breath for it? I know right? It is sad. And I do not plan on changing my email. There is no reason to. I have already explained respectfully and politely what it meant and where I got it from, and that should have put an end to it .I am only here to do my part as a Spiritual Satanist with my fellow Brothers and Sisters united within this group by empowering ourselves each day, and to fight Satan's enemies, etc. Speaking of which i have been practicing the cat breath meditation as part of my daily meditation program, and meditating with vibrating S-A-T-A-N-A-S. I am able to do the S vibration without any troubles. So thanks to everyone who did answer my question concerning the glottis and vibrating the S correctly. Being here for Father Satan is more important than childishly going on about questioning an email name that has already been respectfully explained for members to understand. There is no reason to continue wasting time asking or complaining about it.
