  I have a question in regards to the flow of time in the Astral or even of other places.

I had heard from another that in the Astral realm(s), time moves much faster, such as 30 seconds here is 3 hours there, or something of the sort.

Is this true? Or does time move at an equal pace with the Astral and Physical realm(s)?

The mind's sense of timing is distorted when astral projecting. I have noticed that it seemed like My awareness of time, in the 1st person view of My soul, is not there. To me it seemed like time had no control over My actual light body. I was able to jump through My window and run down the street in record time. To me it seemed that when you astral project you are not even thinking about time.

As you can tell Im not an expert on this kind of thing. I did notice that after My light body reconnected with My chakras, mind, and body that it seemed like what I had done was faster than the amount of time I left My body.

From what I've read, time moves faster on the astral. This is because of the faster moving or vibrating particles.
