I wouldn't advise you to drink coffee, but if it has such a deep impact on your life to drop it, then I would stick with it. Especially because we need every single person we can get when it comes to Ritual's.However, I have to add that you should try to open (or empower, if you already have opened) your crown chakra. This is extremely effective when getting rid of addictions. A third way to "solve" your problem could be, if you REALLY need to drink coffee in order to be effective and motivated, to do so but with a little addition to it:You make conditions for yourself when drinking coffe. An example for this would be... "for every cup of coffee i drink, I have to do X-Minutes of Meditation or X-Ritual's and drink X-Liters of Water"Just a suggestion, lol. The thing with the water is because if you drink lots of water, the bad impact of the coffee should at least be lowered.

  I quit drinking coffee a nearly 2 months ago. Lost focus, feel spaced out, don't care to do much, meditating little, dropped from doing 12 or 18 Ritual reps down to 1. It's not getting better. I'd like to stay off the caffeine, but is there a good reason to? I came to think that caffeine was bad, preventing astral awareness like. Something about calcifying the pineal gland, is this true?

I personally drink this and I have found it to be way better then coffee. It is actually alkaline and forms no acid.

I personally prefer to drink organic matcha tea, which ca n be found on Amazon.com, I also put neem leaf in my tea, which is very helpful to your immune system.

Organic matcha tea is very helpful to you and your entire system, especially brain function. Take a look on amazon and find some. It's not expensive.

Caffeine is a stimulant to boost your energy. I also drink coffee at times or energy drink. But caution: too much will create heart problems. Moderation is key brother!

No, coffee isn't gonna harm you. It is recommended to drink only 2-3 cups of coffee and 1 glass of water after every coffee that you have.
