ALOT actually even more when i started my spiritual warfare program which im only on my first month and im keeping a "black book" journal of all my experiences during and after meditations,my feelings during the day so i track exactly what is going on with me while i am doing the spiritual warfare program i've had demons offer their assistance, come to me in dreams,and even come and speak with me in my astral temple you may add me on messenger if you wish to speak more jwazny@... i don't know your addy though

Lol I kinda have same problem hahaa but it's an easy adjustment to fix, for me it's I start opening my chakras and I usually get to the throat chakra and out of nowhere I'll just stop and do Void meditations lol so I'm lagging it to!
