Thank you for the reminder Lydia. I already created a 16 day calendar based on this square with proper times to execute the mantra and how many repetitions per session.

Hmm...so how exactly does this work when doing spiritual goals? Just chant it and feel the energy? Any affirmations you have to do for spiritual goals?
This quote kinda implies you don't have to do affirmations for the spiritual:
"When you are finished with the vibration, if you are working on tangible prosperity [non-spiritual] goals, it is important to direct the energy you raised by stating an affirmation several times while visualizing your goal in the present reality and present tense. "

Do not chant! Mantras need to be vibrated. Yes, feel the energy. You can add an affirmation if you want for spiritual, but it seems it not necessary.
