I was reading in the JoS that this breathing exercise balance the soul and I had a thought, that if one of my nostrils is blocked, it will do the opposite from balancing. Stupid thought I know now. Thanks to all of you, I will try my best to do that breathing exercise.

I had used every cop out in the book with meditations at one time or another but I just won't except any excuses now.Meditation and advancing is just too important in our lives.
