Questions to achieve my goal

I have got some really big plans but for the completion of those these questions need to be answered. Please would someone expain to me?
1.)Well is there a way to view an event in my life exactly as it happened? I mean like i did something and go back astrally in past and view an event as exactly as it happend.

Please tell me some ways to view past events exactly if it cannot be done this way.
I was reading about astral projection and there was this akashic records in which every event is recorded can i astral project and view an event in that dimension? 
2.) Can i astral project into real world and view the real time things going out there....like for example if i went to the park astrally and saw a construction going on astrally and then i went there physically... there will be a  construction going on right? 
3.) In a projection in the real world....in real time....is there a way to be near a person and look where he/she is? Like i project and demand myself to be around a person while recalling his/her face so would i be teleported to his/her location and see what hes doing in real time....if not how can i do it? 
I will be astral projecting soon and need to know this.Hail Satan!!Hail all Gods of Hell!!
