Questions about the opening of the soul

Hi guys. Finished with third eye. Now crown is next. So I got some questions.

1.-If I made to feel the bliss and the headache, that means the third eye is already opened, right?

2.-It is reccomendably to take the step to the next chakra, the throat chakra until the crown chakra is already working, right??

3.-How much chakras should I be opening per day?????
