Stormblood shared a formula of 66 times your bodyweight in kilos, giving a result in millilitres. I put it in test, and it is valid. I have less skin problems, a lot less actually and I feel fresh pretty much all the time.
 
I have decided to try again to rebuild my relationship with Satan and walk again in the path of spiritual Satanism, o just need a hand here, any advice you can share? I'm a bit rusty it's been years, with what meditation do I start? And I hardly remember how the Rte works, I will read the entire contents from the website, thank you friends

In general, you want to work on a balanced approach that hits upon the various aspects of your mind, body, and soul:\
\
1) Mind training - Void meditation and visualization practice. Also include psychic training, such as looking through your third eye.\
\
2) Cleaning - Maintenance cleaning through aura/chakra cleaning. Once you are stable, deep cleaning with Visuddhi.\
\
3) Protection - Building an Aura of Protection around yourself, either with mantras or inhaled energy. Prevents both enemy attacks, as well as hostility from the worldly actors or astrological events.\
\
3) Empowerment - Direct actions to improve the energy of your soul. Spinning the chakra, vibrating mantras on the chakras, breathing energy into them. Program the energy afterward with an affirmation, and try to feel the results in your chakra for at least a few seconds.\
\
4) Bodily work - Pranayama or Yoga Asanas. Both manipulate the energy of the body in a more holistic manner than direct empowerment. As a beginner, start with foundational breathing or alternate nose breathing. For yoga, start with hatha.\
\
5) Warfare - Use to practice the pronunciation of each vibration. Once you are comfortable here, move on to the Tetragrammaton destruction, then Shattering.\

6) Workings directed towards improving yourself - This can involve adding positive characteristics, such as through the runes or a planetary square. Also it can mean removing negative karma, such as a poor planetary aspect, through Munka, Ansuz, Thursaz, Uruz, etc. \

So if you are just starting, you would want to spend perhaps 10-15 minutes each on the first 5 items. Then, as you become more confident, you can do full 40 days workings on yourself.\

You can spend even less time if this feels overwhelming. I thought I would rather lay out everything, as opposed to leaving something out. As a beginner, you also need to open your chakras as well.\
\

Thank you friend, I hope I'm up to the challenge, how much time it takes on average daily meditation? I don't have much alone time I have a young son 1 year old takes most of my time, I'll try to take some time for myself
