We don't do that. That sounds like some "sacrifice" stuff, which real Satanists have always been 666% against that. Animal sacrifice is entirely a Yehuborim practice, and has never been done by any gentile society unless they were following a Yehuborim cult like islam.

How to consecrate an animal in Satan's name?

If by "consecrate" you mean blessing an animal, similarly to a satanic baptizing for a child, then I think you can just contact Satan through his sigil formally and politely ask for such. You can also do an Aura of Protection on your pet in order to protect it from harm.
