I believe you didn't hit your GD or whatever, sometimes dreams can be non sense.
But it's possible in general to recieve messages, there are also hidden meanings sometimes, mainly when you have a strong intuition that you recieved a message.
A dog for example can be related to Lord Anubis, or to Lord Ares too, also the wolf for Lord Ares.
Once I was in nature after a walk while listening to some ancient poem, I looked at a flower on the garden, it was purple, really beautiful.
I touched it a bit, I observed and then it came to my mind, violets are the flowers related to Lord Ares.
It was like a small sign.
But that wasn't a dream in this case.
Check the Gods sections, there are a lot of things that can be related to a God, like metals, planets, plants, tarot cards, ecc...

The word Zev in Hebrew means wolf. We are wolves to them and is fitting as we are not meek sheep that go to the slaughterhouse. When I would see wolves in my dreams it was symbolic of another Zevist, but also soon to be Zevists as well as I saw a famed soldier huddled next to a wolf some years ago with his hairs bristling with a calm rage.
