Question regarding the opening of my 6th chakra

Hello All,
I am currently working on my 6th chakra and just have a question. On the meditation page it says to feel the vibration in the middle of your brain. When i a doing the meditation i focus on the inside of my head and focus on the middle of my brain and see my sixth chakra there. When i do the vibration while visualizing all of this i feel something on both sides of my head right in the middle. Does this count? Or am i not hitting the right vibration. I wanted to ask this question because i did not want to continue thinking it is working while i am doing it completly wrong. Any input would be highly appreciated.

It means to adjust the *pitch* of the vibration so you can feel it there, it's not just visualizing or concentrating. And to try adjusting your tongue placement. For me, If I put the tip of my tongue against my upper teeth, I feel the vibration in my 3rd eye. I have to curl my tongue slightly upwards and have the upper teeth a *little* on the inside of my tongue to feel it in the 6th chakra. Just experiment with different things and if you get it correct, keep at it.
