I was reading on elements and rotation into chakras and body parts.
How do I know I am circulating on chakras but not on body parts.

My consciousness is also fixed on my rear 6th chakra right side of the body I can it behind me it has caused psychological disturbances for a very long time for me (Yes i went inactive for a long time because of it) - part of my energies are in my right leg, some in left side, someone who’s advanced might he able to help me if you may. Cleaning might completely fix the problem itself. My serpent was ascended and is till throat chakra (behind) my head bends backwards when i do a lot of raum due to blocks, energies cannot circulate properly and stops and resets and goes down after my focus stops it’s quite complicated to explain if you’re new or not advanced. Me vibrating mantras also causes problems (My chakras are open not all, I have blocks too)

If you can feel your chakras at will anytime then you will for sure know you invoked elements in your chakra and not the body part, they will respond to elements just like vibrations.

Where do you "look" when you close your eyes for meditation? Before meditating Try keeping a neutral level gaze, then focus in front of forehead then to the part you are working on while eyes closed see if it helps with consciousness.

Along with cleaning it seems you require balancing and opening. Increase yoga and where you feel the blockage is most break it down with thurisaz, if you cant pin point it program it to break down major ones in your soul first. It will open pathways and ease up flow of energy, better do it right after hatha yoga.

"As i do a lot of raum" are you using raum for empowerment or for removing blocks?
