Question on the kabalistic/magickal squares

Do we add affirmations for what we want to achieve from the working? If so, where do we add them? In the beginning or just during it?

Also, can we use the sun square to help unblock ALL the chakra's?...

You make affirmations after vibrating it..... Only for the material square. Didnt you read about the squares?? Best to keep empowering your chakras and use the Thurisaz rune to take away blocks...
