Question about ToZ Italy

Some time ago there was an update of the offline downloadable PDF file, Demons. In the old version there was information and explanations about the Gods, the high ranking Gods including the four Crowned Princes of Hell and other high ranking Gods and the other Gods.

In the new version of this PDF document there is almost all of the above but with a few changes. Why was Satan excluded in this document once it was updated?
