Question about the recent Group Ritual

I know the ritual was just for Sunday, but is it alright to do that 666 meditation from the beginning we used to raise energy (with the three vibrations into the solar, heart and 6th chakra) at any time, like everyday for empowering, to raise energy to give to the gods during a ritual or use for a working?

I also have been experimenting with that meditation. I used it before yesterday's raum meditation and gave off so much heat that I was literally POURING sweat....I used it this morning before my sun square and thurizas curse on the jews and felt more heat and power than usual but the negative backlash and fatigue is also stronger.
It's alot of energy to handle but speeds up my other meditations when used as a primer.
