I currently have a multivitamin that contains both Vitamin E and Iron. Apparently, those two cancel eachother out unless taken separately. So, should i continue taking the multivitamin and take extra Iron and Vitamin E at different times? Or am i better off trying to find a multivitamin that only has one of those and supplement the other?

I was reading through the forums (i think it was High Priestess Maxine's post about that smoothie that helps vision), and she mentioned that iron and vitamin E cancel eachother out. When i looked into it more, each source seemed to say the same thing. But then your source makes sense.

There's Vitamin C in my multivitamin, too. And A and D together. I think it's just the Iron and E that worried me. But it seems like I'm fine. My nails are straighter and stronger than before, so i think Iron is working haha
