Unfortunately the work is canceled out. The square for each day must be done before the sun rises and that is when the next day starts. Its not about 24 hours passing its about the cycles of the day passing. Sorry

I can understand it like playing a melody. Each day's meditation is a note (vibration), if you lose a day the vibration is ruined and the melody is broken in half losing its power. Instead of one big line of vibrations there are two, like a bridge broken in half. (hope this makes sense)
I've lost a few square meditations in the past. I've lost the sun square once and i was 3 days from finishing it (so angry at myself). Recently I've lost one day in the moon square and i was half way in (this means about 40 days for nothing). Though disappointing, i drew a big X on the failed square and started a new one as soon as i could.
Though these failures I've realized that i have to keep my cool (the first time i was filled with anger at my self) and tried to be more consistent in order to avoid losing another day. On some failures i realized that i was overdoing meditation and could keep my focus on all of them.
Anyway, try to be emotionless about this (it's hard). Shit always happens, we have to try and do our best in order to advance. Don't let failure keep you back, just learn from it.

I woke up even more pissed because I forgot to do the mantra for the Sun Square and im already almost finished!! I know on the website it says if you skip a day it cancells out the entire work, but my question is does it matter how many hours have passed since you last did the mantra?? Does it cancel out exactly 24 hours after because I always do my mantras at night and I know a whole 24 hours didnt pass yet. Well i woke up and did it first thing this morning but im worried that all my work is cancelled out. Any feedback would be greatly appreciated.
