question about meditation

I have read joys thorughly and i i dont know where to start. According to the onlinestore book of meditation I i have to open the chacras first but according to website i have to learn to go to trance and absorb and release energy first. Also i red about a basic meditation program(in the site) but it said that i should start with void meditation and breathing. So um im comfused i dont know which one is best to start with or maybe it doesn´t matter?.
I almost forgot i had read the warfare training page for satanist but maybe is for satanits who have some experience in meditations? thx for reading and excuse my poor english.
