I’ve heard that you shouldn’t combine Falun Dafa with other forms of Qi Gong. Is this true?

There was a time when I used to do in the same day two times Qi Gong (morning and before sleep) and Falun Dafa somewhere in the afternoon. I haven't experienced any negative reactions. The only problem with Falun Dafa it that it takes around 45 minutes, at least according to the video that I was following.
