What is the difference between a Gentile having Graves disease or thyroid eye disorder and a Yehubor having popeyes, bug eyes, sleepy/droopy eyes look?

A simple answer would be that the Gentile would not have that condition under normal circumstances, but a Yehubor with that appearance would. The case with the Gentile is an unhealthy expression of itself, whereas the Yehuborim expression of those facial features is what was intended.
