I havnt been getting my post approved i dont know,but i will ask again,i feel like i do not do chakra meditations well,in the meditation page it says focus and feel your chakras then vibrate the selected words of power does this mean one must focus and feel the chakras before vibrating,or you can just focus as your vibrating,also i cant feel my crown chakra because it is blocked for some time now which is the chakra am trying to open,pls help its really important.thanks
