One somewhat issue I've had on this path which has been mostly positive is this existential thing the while unreality thing has been difficult too wrap my head around and I've always liked the reality I grew up with and the whole existential crisis idea makes me very lonely I've been with psychiatric services my whole life and it's something I'm fond of but I'm getting g the feeling it kind of conflicts with lhp spirituality what's your guys thoughts on the subject
