i've noticed recently that i can't seem to like other people. i try to spend time with other people, laugh with them, talk with them, but none of this really gives me satisfaction. i feel like i am pretending to like andrapods. they are boring to me. is this normal? should i change my friends? maybe start some work with runes or square?

Try to find people in which you share common ground, such as similar hobbies. Do activities together, like going out to eat or helping each other with chores; play games together, and so on. From here, you should have enough material from which to grow bonds based off of, which can give you a means of genuine interest and care for them.

If you think your friends are too far below your "level" for mutual understanding, then this you should probably look elsewhere, such as in a university setting or other hobbies that dissuade from andrapod-like behaviors.
