Connection of 12th h / Neptune and Saturn is very interesting. It has a lot of possibilities of hidden talents as much as hidden trauma as well as every Saturn + very higher planet aspect does. By "very higher" I mean Pluto and Neptune. If other chart corresponds this it might give almost limitless potential for depression and being drown in the feelings of being unworthy, punished by Gods / people, cursed and being eternal resident of (personal?) Tartar or related spheres, endless self-beating and complete self-destruction, attempts of self curse. Yet this gives almost unlimited talents for emotional ecstasy related endeavors.
Many of human nations were created naturally emotionally ecstatic (emotionally extremist), such as Russians among White Race and nations that practice shamanism. For them natural states are those of very heightened emotions that can last and last eternally, from lifetime to lifetime usually in the same amplitude (positive or negative, any). Not everyone is created to "forget and move on". People may be very lasting emotionally. This is an example of how Neptune+Saturn+Pluto (with a lot else involved) or the same connected to the corresponding houses might amplify. But as I gave an example above, these people have a lot of potential and deep drive for prolonged ecstatic states such as those needed to create long serious music or to endure long ecstatic dances on the heights of emotions such as those of Siberians. This is where such things might be sublimated.
If we speak of predominantly White European cultural spheres these are long lasting serious music such as operas, symphonies, 6 hours+ music and theater. Extremely emotional impact into something that lasts, performative arts such as prolonged play in stage, prolonged work at some creative or even in some cases innovative endeavor (the exact type of endeavor is seen rather in the whole chart than in this alone, this just shows extreme depths and prolongation of emotions put into it, a certain power point that might be used, yet the houses where this stands has their point and together with the other Destiny signs might show the case). I mean here not so the details of how people spend their days but rather the globalism of their projects. Saturn has an ability to call for the major life long projects, and amplified by a higher planet this globalism in Saturn's approach grows further. The more higher planets involved the better. Saturn+Neptune's power point is globalism of feelings / ecstasy invested into the major life goal / project. Because here we have the Destiny + Depths combination.
Important note to open the hidden talents is to recognize that both Saturn and Neptune are planets of extreme idealism in a good sense in their high octaves especially when Saturn is in Pisces or in 12th. When two planets have the similar quality when in aspect this resonates. Their traumatic aspect if we have karmic situation would also resonate creating big potential for trauma and sensitivity to the world's evil (at least emotional sensitivity). Both planets foster sense of duty and gives high grade of asceticism. With 12th giving the same we might have a natural hermit desiring to confine to silently create or learn occult sciences. This all resonates because this is where these two planets correspond. This is a reason why this is a great aspect of hermit scientist / artist who dedicated himself to large lifetime projects demanding greatest patience. This aspect gives extreme patience and ability to bear prolonged suffering / deprivation / confinement / restrictions of all kinds. This gives extreme staying energy that can be channeled into the projects demanding lifelong endurance and constancy.
If other chart corresponds, these people might make good professionals where hermitude and prolonged being away of communication might be demanded.
Other their extremely strong point is caring for others. As everyone who had himself a long [sometimes many lifetimes] history of suffering or have a good possibility to have one, they are very understanding to the varies suffering of others. They might make great psychiatrists, psychologists, doctors, healers (they might make those shamans that prefer to take their patient's disease into themselves to deal with it on their own later when the patient is away, especially when Neptune-Pluto topic is prominent). If there is very powerful Martial sphere they might try to become protectors of others.
Saturn is planet of the state management / presidency, 10th and highest goals of MC. With Neptune it gives extreme sense of duty for your country, Race and humanity as a whole. Basically all Saturn+ planets in aspects are in this or that way for this and should be used for global affairs. They are known to be generational for this very reason - they give severe interest and hidden talent for the global influence that if unopened might be just seen by normies as "trauma" (from reading the news, for example). Yet this is a hidden drive for major changing the world.
Again, all that I say here to this or that extent might or might not include Pluto thing into it. You will feel it - it brings extremism and fatality into the whole affair and makes it even more lasting, as it is a planet of eternity. Neptune concentrates more on beauty and idealism, spirituality. (No need to say how great or even the greatest at all this position is for spirituality - this is obvious since Saturn is a major Destiny planet, yet it demands the greatest work as everything with Saturn does. So I mostly concentrate on self-realizational aspect).
12th house is of secrets, so people not only might tend to be lifelong hermits but actually enjoy doing secret work for some global agenda such as that of a very crypto hacking person in North Korea translating ToZ for their people putting sites etc. A lot of hidden secretive work, again, especially if Pluto is involved. If they totally transfer powers of Saturn+12th or Saturn+Neptune into this hidden work for global agenda (or great art if Pluto is not involved at all) they will feel more fulfilled, because this feeling of energies being freed is the greatest state of fulfillment. Actually the feeling of Destiny Call satisfied that nothing can compare to.

You should look at the house(s) where this aspect takes place. This might be the key to the major hidden talent-related sphere.
As for your relationship you have to be patient and understand that another might be different, emotions of the other might be lasting and sensitivity might be higher than yours. They need time to learn for themselves and accomplish things. They should use these for major creation / innovation and global changing of this world (for which all Saturn+ planets / space bodies should be used because this is what they exist for). You should just be tender because woman needs tender and protection, and knowledge that you are always there for them.
